My CV In Brief

Winechef, Harry Haff: Atlana, GA, United States; I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in New York and am a Chef Instructor at Le Cordon Bleu, Atlanta. I teach classes in cooking, baking and pastry, wines and beverages, and cost control. For the past two years my time has been taken up by the WSET in London, where I am completing my Diploma Course.
